Welcome to SereneLuxe Cleaning ("we," "our," or "us"). By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
We offer professional residential and commercial cleaning services in the Greater Houston Metro area. Our main service categories include:
Standard Clean (recurring or one-time light cleaning)
Included:
- Dust and wipe all surfaces
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Wipe down kitchen counters & sink
- Light interior window, baseboard, and bathroom detailing (scrub toilet, sink, shower/tub)
- Trash removal
- Wipe exterior of appliances and cabinets
- Light organizing and wipe of counters and tables
- Spot clean doors
- Clean mirrors & glass
- Light detail ceiling fans & fixtures (if reachable with duster)
- Vacuum upholstered furniture (if any)
- General tidying as needed
For spaces 7,000+ sq. ft., please request a custom quote.
Deep Clean (intensive, detailed cleaning)
Included:
- All items in Standard Clean, plus:
- Detailed baseboards & door frames
- Inside microwave
- Blinds & window sills
- Detailed bathroom scrubbing
- Interior windows
- Detailed ceiling fans & fixtures (if reachable with duster)
- Kitchen cabinet fronts deep detail
- Behind appliances (if accessible)
- Detailed wall spot cleaning

2. Booking & Scheduling
- All bookings can be made online.
- Rescheduling is only available by email and must be requested at least 72 hours before the appointment.
- Cancellations within 72 hours of service are non-refundable.
- Completed services are non-refundable.
- All service times are estimates. Our Sanctuary Specialists go above and beyond, but if a home is significantly dirtier than average, additional time may be billed at $40/hr with prior client approval.
Extra Work Authorization:
If, during the course of a scheduled service, it is determined that additional tasks or cleaning beyond the original agreed-upon scope are required, we will notify the client. Any such additional work will require digital sign-off via email, text, or our booking system before being performed.
- If approved, additional charges may apply, and the service will be updated accordingly.
- If denied, only the original scope of work outlined in the booking will be completed.
3. Initial Cleaning & Discounts
- All new clients are recommended to book a Deep Clean first to reset the space, with a 10% discount on the first Deep Clean if signing up for an email subscription. This is also noted if using a promotional flyer.
- Recurring Standard Cleaning clients will also receive a 10% discount on recurring appointments after their initial clean when using promotional code given via email if initial booking meets deep clean terms.
- Active/Retired Military, First Responder, and Educator Discount: 15% off with valid proof of service.
4. Supplies & Products
- We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment, unless otherwise requested by client.
- We use EPA’s Safer Choice and USDA Organic products unless otherwise requested by the client.
5. Service Areas
- We serve the Greater Houston Metro area and surrounding areas. This includes Baytown, Cypress, Humble, Katy, Kingwood, Pasadena, Pearland, Rosenberg, Sugar Land, and The Woodlands.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property during the scheduled time. NOTE: Specialists are required to take pictures for proof of work only.
- Remove fragile or valuable items from service areas.
- Notify us in advance of any special cleaning requirements.
Infestation Policy
For the safety of our contractors and clients, Serene Luxe Cleaning will not provide services in any property that shows evidence of a rodent, insect, or other pest infestation. If an infestation is discovered upon arrival, services will be immediately suspended and any deposit or prepaid amount will be non-refundable. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the service area is free of infestations prior to the scheduled cleaning. Future appointments may be declined until written proof of professional extermination is provided.
7. Liability
- We are insured and bonded; however, we are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or wear and tear.
- We are not liable for items not disclosed as valuable or fragile.
8. Payment & Refund Policy
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All completed services are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy: All rescheduling or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time are non-refundable. No credits or partial refunds will be issued for services canceled or rescheduled within this time frame.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
